Processing Time

At Called & Covered Apparel, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Personalized or custom patches: Processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Pre-order items: Processing times vary and will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Called & Covered Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, email us at:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
